30 Days to Less Stress: Day 2

How did your minute of deep breathing go yesterday?  I had a fantastically restful night’s sleep.

Today’s lesson from Martin Boroson is to focus on breathing deeply.  When you find your mind wandering to your list of daily chores or the latest crisis in your life, bring it back to your breathing.  It takes practice for us to learn to master silencing our minds.

Yet, when we have mastered it, the benefit is that we will be able to instantly calm ourselves during the next storm in our lives by breathing deeply.
