Our lives get put on hold dozens of times each day. We wait in line at the post office. We wait for something to download on our computers. We wait at traffic lights. We get put on hold during phone conversations. We wait for the microwave to nuke food and beverages. We stand in line at the grocery store.
Mr. Boroson’s first tip is that we use those moments when our lives are on hold to breathe deeply ~ to engage in a one minute meditation.
