Tonight I am overwhelmed.  The women’s movement is 100 years older than I am, and I never thought I’d live to see the day that a woman would be nominated as a presidential candidate.

Hillary Clinton is exactly 13 months older than I am.  We’re both from Illinois.  We’re both attorneys.  I’ve worked in many male-dominated professions and know how inordinately difficult it is to break that glass ceiling.  Hillary did it.

Y’all know about my relationship with my mother.  Tonight I’m very sad that she didn’t live to see this day.  It would have made her so happy.

Yes, folks, I’m a Hillary Clinton supporter.  I’m all in.
